The land training sessions should be considered compulsory.
# Gymnastics Rings - split in two groups, you will be assigned to the most suitable when applicable.
Gym Sessions (16+ only)
The following sessions are available for those 16 years and over at the discretion of the Head Coach. Other times can be arranged, but as we're already at Adwick prior/following the sessions listed, they work best in most cases. These sessions will consist of weight training using free weights where appropriate, and last approximately 1 hour when working in pairs. Our coaches are qualified Level 2 Gym Instructors.
